Will I receive acknowledgement of my order?

If you give us an email address, when you fill out and submit our online order form, the system will automatically respond with your order information. If you do not receive an email response within 48 hours, please email us immediately.

As we ship direct from our premises and do not have a store we are able to keep our overheads low and pass the savings onto you. Also due to our volume of sales we have negotiated the best possible rates from our wholesalers and manufacturers. This means savings for you and your pet.


How long will my order take?

Delivery times vary between countries so please allow up to 10 working days for the delivery of your order.


What is the cost of delivery?

Due to the volume of parcels that we send we have negotiated a special price of US$7.00 for small items. Shipping is included on larger items. The rate will be clearly posted when you select your item for purchase.


Can I change my order?

Yes all you need to do is send as an email as soon as possible to admin@mypetproductsdirect.com and providing your order has not left we will happily change it for you.
